Hello! This is Annika, Madalyn, and Junie coming to you from Romania! It’s our turn to share what we’ve been up to this Sunday.
Our day started off with breakfast at 9:00 AM, consisting of meat, vegetables, and cereal. After putting on nicer clothes, we headed to the Ethos Church service. Daniel and another local pastor led the message. Big thanks to Aisha for translating for us! Amber spoke on behalf of the American team, thanking the Romanians for their generous support and hospitality.

Next, we headed to a giant local mall, where we were able to choose from a variety of foods like Chinese food, burgers, pizza, and more! Kosty, a member of the Open Roads team, treated us to ice cream cones! Our team did some additional shopping for snacks, gifts for friends and family, and other various items.

Following our trip to the mall, some of our team enjoyed lively games of ping pong in a competitive tournament. Shoutout to Porter – the 2025 Open Roads Ping Pong (unofficial) Tournament Champion!

Dinner was delicious (as usual) with laughter, love, and friendship. Drake led us in a moving devotional about compassion and the constant love of Christ.

Finally, we prepared sandwiches for our early adventure to camp tomorrow morning! We are overflowing with excitement for what camp holds. Please continue to keep us in your prayers during these next steps of our journey. Missing you all!
